About Us

Tyler is a real estate investor with more than a decade of hands-on experience in the industry. Since beginning his career in 2013, he has personally purchased, renovated, rented, and sold hundreds of properties. His experience comes from being directly involved in every stage of the investment process, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to identify opportunities, manage projects, and build a successful real estate portfolio. With a background in finance and economics, Tyler approaches real estate with both an analytical and hands-on mindset. He understands that successful investing is about more than simply buying property—it’s about evaluating the numbers, understanding the market, managing risk, creating value, and making informed decisions at every step. Tyler earned his bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He began his real estate career in Maryland, working with Long & Foster before later co-founding Crown Real Estate, a Maryland-based brokerage. His experience also includes working in the appraisal and inspection industries, where he contracted with companies such as Citizens, State Farm, United Wholesale Mortgage, and JPMorgan Chase. Over the years, Tyler has gained experience across virtually every side of real estate. From acquisitions and renovations to property management, rentals, inspections, appraisals, and sales, he has developed a well-rounded perspective that comes from actually doing the work—not simply studying it. Today, Tyler continues to focus on real estate investing and growing his portfolio while staying actively involved in the industry. He is constantly looking for new opportunities, learning from each investment, and expanding his knowledge of real estate and related fields.

Outside of real estate, Tyler enjoys playing and watching sports, golfing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He believes that the best investments are built for the long term—and that the same mindset applies to both real estate and life.
